Time has flown by this summer at the Animal Health Laboratory. We've had much construction with our pneumatic tube installation, to aid in the new cancer centre that is currently being built for the Ontario Veterinary College. Most recently being installed is our alkaline digester and will be operational soon as well. Very exciting over here at AHL!
Most of us here at AHL have settled into our new work stations and offices. Improvements to AHL processes, equipment and elevating out bio-security has been a great change for continuous improvement at the AHL.
We are gearing up to the final stages of completing our move into our new building and hope to be completed by the end of 2011.

Just log-on to our Client Access area, click on "Order AHL Submission forms".
Fill out how many of each form you want, tell us your Clinic name, email and phone number and press Order!
Give us a call today for a username and password to our client access area!

AHL is moving!
As you may be aware, The new AHL – Pathobiology building has been completed.
A great big thank you to all who were involved! The official opening was October 7th and we are mostly moved in.
It will take approximately 4 weeks to complete the move. (October 15th to November 12th)
Our objective will be to have a seamless move so that you do not notice any lags in testing. We currently anticipate that routine day to day testing to be uninterrupted (except as noted below). There will be some less used testing that may be delayed. Please call us if you have any questions related to testing TAT!

The AHL introduces new Cytopathology and Histopathology submission forms! Our companion animal forms may not always provided sufficient space for the clinical information that you wanted to include, so we created a new submission form specifically geared for histopathology and cytopathology submissions.
